换向阀是个问题,我们公司做炉子的,机械方面主要攻克换向阀,现在弄得好多种出来,都硬密封。特点就是换向速度快,最好配合进口的优质气缸,使用寿命还可以,但是有内漏,不可避免的Re: 蓄热式技术的优缺点及注意事项

温度控制主要是采用一套数模,有罗克韦尔方式,DAVY方式,还有几家。换向阀一般都是各个厂家自己的,控制好了,也行,使用不好的时候,问题很多。 听说有一种回转式的,不用换向阀,我只知道在熔铝炉上用过。不知道说的是不是同一种东西。 这个是蓄热式燃烧器,也叫再生式,下面两个再生床,内装鹌鹑蛋大小的再生球(蓄热体),PLC控制换向操作。
这个是用在熔铝炉上面。

分段分侧集中换向每段用两个空气两个煤气共四个换向阀,07年以后的基本都没什么结构的问题,而且集中换向即使朝温度了也不容易烧坏橡胶圈,因为是几个烧嘴共用一个换向阀,温度一掺混到阀前也就不高了
其实全分散的要是钱给到位了还是能用的住的,主要是现在的炉子公司太多,他们互相杀价之后为了保证利润用的件不好,
