伺服电机带动丝杠推动活塞对容器进行压力保持,一些土流变试验机都是这么做的。 如果是保压,建议采用气动增压泵,楼主 请联系我 qq:342237564谢谢 什么样的设备呀?压力等级要求这么高,0.001MPa! 从时间要求说两种都可以的,应该采用闭环控制,用阀控的时候泵出口的流量脉动影响要小一些
