不断屑阿,冷却压力提到30bar可以?越高约好
提高进给到0.4,降低线速度保证F不变,加工到120深停顿0.3S,这应该对节拍影响不打。
若还不行,观察钻头槽型是否利于断屑
GUHRING对于深孔钻很有研究和实际成功经验。

Since we do not know the detail of your drill we assume it is good for cutting A3 steel. We also had this problem before. Below is our solution: 1. drill a precise pilot hole, 2. increase your coolant pressure ( you can use high presssure coolant system), 3. selet a good drill for deep hole ( currently many tool makers have launched a similar type of drill like Mapal Mega Deep Drill (http://www.mapal.com/en/products/product-groups/solid-carbide-tools/solid-carbide-drills/mega-deep-drill/), Walter Titex XD Bohrer drill and even OSG and Mitsubishi also developed this type of drill
