Terms to be met as integral partof your quotation:
a) Offer must be made against Bosch Rexroth’s GeneralTerms and Conditions of Purchase (as attached hereto)

d) terms and conditions to bemet:               
           d1.  PaymentConditions:  60 days net after delivery and invoice
                  FCA (Free Carrier) Supplier
           d2.  Penalty clause latedelivery:  1%/day to a maximum of 10%of the total order value
            d3.Performancebond: 10% of the total order value
            d4.Warranty bond:                          
10%of the total order value (transferred from the Performance Bond) for 10years.

履约保证金居然要求10年？坚决不能再给洋人打工！
