: [2 w- ~6 w6 w6 tExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.9 f( b: u$ p0 J$ _% K

Key Responsibilities
% ^- h$ J r! |• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.; L) }+ J) H# P3 m- X% v1 b# N
• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
1 W2 m5 p0 T2 H3 F- A• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
* z5 a# z$ ^4 B3 s• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.( C( ~8 S) B; j1 h' U1 d! a
• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
D0 H( F# t: E0 Z+ h0 y8 C• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production.
, X0 M, b4 N: i• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.
1 \6 k0 w/ T1 f: ?• Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.
9 Z& \3 e7 F+ d E8 n7 B9 \/ }5 S• Optimize and improve current process to achieve best efficiency and cost.

* _! x2 k7 j. q3 [; ~+ d" w• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.
. v4 T; [9 T4 n9 E2 W• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.) n" ?% k2 ~0 [
• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.
+ [( P; A4 i: J6 ~/ ?• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
5 b' V* N3 k/ Y# h. ^& x9 [• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.
r9 L% p n: `0 s, c• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
) ~! _+ `) p( q# ]: C• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
, v6 [$ Y0 s4 U• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration., a: c) T/ n3 q: q
• Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.2 Z d+ S3 [+ w: ?2 ^& ~2 l

• Reading English is required.
