为防止滑台下滑而安置制动器,如用制动器产生的摩擦力将滑台和滑台上部件的自重平衡掉,算法是否就和卧式的一样了?请老师们给予帮助.谢谢啦~~

在卧式请况下,摩擦力是由可滑动部件重力产生的。机械滑台和立柱连接,可以用链条将平衡重和滑台的滑动部件相连接,平衡滑动部件自重。为选择步进电机计算转矩时,导轨摩擦折算至电机的转矩 是否为零呢?期待高手~~

我认为不一样,因为,卧式是克服摩擦力的问题,而立式克服的是重力加速度问题。

我不知道我的理解对否?

今天去了趟沈阳,在一个楼寓乘坐电梯时想到了本帖这道题,可以借用电梯做一比喻:

同等重量的电梯向上提升时用的功,和向下运动时用的功是不一样的,因为存在
一个重力加速度。

如果,将电梯按上轮子放倒,进行前后牵引,两个方向做的功是相同的。

我感觉计算Ma ---电机启动加速力矩(N.m) 时应考虑重力加速度;

可Mf---导轨摩擦折算至电机的转矩(N.m) 应怎样考虑?谢谢~~
