Provides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly1 F0 M$ ^9 K- u, C. }! h" r0 f
Key Accountabilities
: h" m5 I( B3 p1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area.
) w9 W. }$ V y; Z2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
# T+ E8 e0 R$ e) ~3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;
" F4 d, ~! D- @: |4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .

6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost & _& Y! J6 M# F% o; z% ~
7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.% F! e. P @: Q) X
8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project;

9 c3 f- \- M2 `. ?1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering 5 R% s* Q( ^7 h, G$ ]& I! s
2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting
" z) Z- M9 F. c0 S3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
/ ]% j6 F6 V& L7 ?0 W4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system
$ B% V4 P+ F" k5. Good team work spirit and strong responsibility

机械类,学历可以放宽到大专,但是要求技术能力比较好,经验丰富.
