1.Engineering 工程技术
Familiar with heavy duty casting machining process
精通大型铸铁件、铸钢件的金属切削加工工艺；
Have good understanding of engineering drawings.
能够识别Auto CAD工程图纸，熟悉工程图纸公差配合等。
Familiar with Fanuc 18i and Siemens 840D system and machining program writing
熟悉Fanuc18i和西门子840D操作系统, 依据图纸能进行金属切削编程；
Responsible for new product introduction，and design fixture and select machining tools according to engineering drawings.
负责新品的开发，根据加工图纸和工艺选择合适刀具，并进行夹具设计，和加工工艺的编制工作；
Release process method instruction and SOP procedures
发行工艺卡和相关操作标准书，监督首件的制作，并进行现场指导。
Check first workpiece sample.
负责样品或首件的测试工作
Track and improve the existing work methods, reduce machining time and tool cost
追踪和改进现有的工作方法，降低加工时间和生产刀具制造成本。

2.  Participate in and support Ceiko quality and productivity improvement activities, reduce machining time and save tooling cost.
参与并支持公司各类的品质改良、生产力提升等活动，进行持续不断的改善:减少加工时间和节省刀具费用。

3．Work with QA people to contact clients for technical and quality issues
配合质量人员联系客户有关于技术和质量加工方面的问题

4．Collect and provide technical basic knowledge for engineering, such as estimated machining time, tooling and fixture setup cost.
对新产品，收集并提供基本技术信息，如：预估的加工时间、刀具和工装投资费用等。

5．Plan training schedule and prepare  training documents for new products
针对新产品，提供培训资料和培训计划

6.  Accomplish assignments by production supervisors
完成主管指派的任务

Job Requirements（要求）:

Education:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree-大学以上学历
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred-工业工程或机械工程专业


Personal       Must be an excellent communicator.  Must demonstrate working
Characteristics:knowledge in all disciplines of World Class Manufacturing Field.
                  Good initiative and strong sense of urgency. Team approach to problem solving.
                  Individual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work
                  independently and/or in a cross-functional work team environment.
                  优秀的沟通者，具备团队合作精神，工作有紧迫感，能够弹性地工作，能够独立解决问题的能力。

Work          Minimum of 8 years related experience in technical job in the high
Experience:    precision CNC machining environment.至少8年CNC金属加工经验

Have the skill of fixture design, tooling selections, processing method and processing timing, CNC programming and parts' measurement.
精通工装设计、刀具选型、加工方法制订、CNC 编程和量具选择&测量.

Skills: Know and work with metals field (products / raw material)
必须熟悉金属产品制造加工
Computer skills – Auto CAD, MS Office required
熟练使用CAD制图软件和办公室软件，会3D三维软件者优先考虑

Qualification：1. 至少5年实际操作CNC立车或者龙门铣的工作经验
      Minimum of 5 years working experience in CNC machining operation-required
                        2．能够读懂图纸，根据图纸进行编程等
                              Can read engineering drawing and write CNC machining program-required
                        3．必须熟悉法兰克和西门子操作系统
                              Familiar with Fanuc 18i and Siemens 840D system-required
                        4．精通CNC程式编写/修改或加工参数的设定。
                              Machining program writing -required
                        5．能进行简单的英语交流，可以优先考虑。
                              Language skill: Good command of English spoken-preferred
