1. Technical support and technical training for sales engineers;
# v, g$ U) H- X% ?3 p+ X2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
, ?# k  m2 |% }  @) S* Q3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;
5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
# {& U) c2 H% ?# s- l7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;
9. Define rules for pricing projects, material and services;
10. Finish other tasks assigned by the CTO.

Qualifications Request:
1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
2. 10+ years related working experience;
3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

2.Project Engineer
; q  i  u8 A+ A7 w8 e& [3 X" eResponsibility：
1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
accumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
the machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
and final acceptance of machine;
8 w, a: H+ t9 ^4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
5 y% F2 p/ b& P7 k0 w0 @+ R2 fservice engineers and customers on grinding technology;
+ j0 k- a( e( M; S* F& s$ ]4 o5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
; x! b( ^+ U8 L' J( u% d+ Rcustomer on the field of tool grinding process;
6 U9 y, V; m1 |% O; F4 t$ Y6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
4 R1 r$ q+ q. {7. Visit customers for sales support
8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
, Y4 f( Q5 |2 C2 G& l- mRequirements：
1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
electrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
2. 5+ years related working experience;
3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
4. Proved project management skills
' a9 A# f# t- P# x4 c5. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work
independently;
$ U1 t; p1 @# s; u+ q8 `6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;
# L9 \6 b, s* h% `7. Average English skills both on written and oral;
* h. F# O$ n9 Q* [4 K: e9 S4 s& Z8. Willing to travel regularly (also to Europe);
9. Familiar with office software;
