齿轮泵噪音太大怎么办?

我新买了一台压力机,63吨的,加好油以后开车没问题,声音也不大,可是下午在用了一会儿突然声音就特别大了,求求各位大侠......救救我...

再好好看看，是齿轮泵吗？是齿轮泵就比较麻烦，齿轮泵比较便宜，有些厂家的产品质量不行，基节误差大，有些是齿面硬度有问题，寿命很短，只要压力能保证，凑合用也行，

安装是否牢靠！应该把振动考虑进去！

1  吸油管道太细。
2  液压油太脏，吸油口没安装过滤器。
3  电机和泵的同轴度不好，连轴器选型安装不当。
4  齿轮泵泵壳低压侧磨损。
5  圆型配油盘磨损。
一般齿轮泵没修的价值，换一个新的拉到。找个师傅出场费也要150啊。

请查看泵是否快速严重发热,如是可断定泵侧板或轴承烧伤,泵坏换新.
看油位是否未达到要求的高度
看吸油口过滤器是否堵塞

是一直振动大还是在一个速度段振动比较大，说明书有没有标示危险速度

1 blots the pipeline to be too thin.
2 hydraulic fluid too dirty, blots the mouth not to install the filter. the
3 electrical machinery and pump's proper alignment is not good, the junction box shaping installs improper.
4 gear pump pump housing low pressure side attrition. the 5 circle matches the oil disk attrition. the common gear pump has not repaired the value, trades one newly to pull. Asks a skilled worker to enter the stage spends also wants 150. , showed off meager skills before an expert.

还是吸油口的过滤器的滤芯堵死的可能性比较大。
