In comparing the parts I have noticed that the WWY part has a thicker bottom section (around0.080/connecting side wall 0.040). There is also a small cup on the inside of their bottom,where it's gated, that is working like a cold slug well . This is probably something to create turbulent flow?* E5 D ], b; }
& B2 X' [7 N; Q% J9 q; PIn molding you should inject thick to thin wall to minimize pressure drop and be able to pack out the thicker section. Would it be possible for ABC to thicken the bottom of their part and add something like this small cup to funtion as a cold slug well.

I also notice that the WWY part has a step in the lower side wall just before the small nipple . This step ,being perpendicular to the main wall, is working as a strength rib and is helping to prevent the wall from bulging out . The section on ABC part appears to warp the most .; N" J4 A; o2 @, Y0 _- q
