怎么算的?小学文凭的我drabc从来都记不住啊,更别说后面带数字的了。但是明白楼主是在做一道数学题,重要的不是怎么设计它的结构,而是怎么去运用这些公式。对不对?

认真学习了一下头数:
蜗杆上只有一条螺旋线的称为单头蜗杆,即蜗杆转一周,蜗轮转过一齿,若蜗杆上有两条螺旋线,就称为双头蜗杆,即蜗杆转一周,蜗轮转过两个齿。依此类推,设蜗杆头数用Z1表示(一般Z1=1、2、4),蜗轮齿数用Z2表示。从传动比公式可以看出,当 Z1=1,即蜗杆为单头,蜗杆须转一转蜗轮才转一齿,因而可得到很大传动比,一般在动力传动中,取传动比I=10-80;在分度机构中,I可达1000。

公式:


初速Vo,末速Vt
1)位移中点的速度V1
设总位移为2x
Vt^2-Vo^2=2a(2x)=4ax
V1^2-Vo^2=2ax
两式相比
V1=[(Vt^2+Vo^2)/2]^1/2
2)时间中点速度V2
设总时间为2t
a=(V2-Vo)/t=(Vt-Vo)/2t
Vt-Vo=2(V2-Vo)=2V2-2Vo
V2=(Vo+Vy)/2
