憨老马 友好！其实，我有时就在计算机上画图，好多次都曾想进到社区看看，但每次来都要
在这呆上好几个钟头，如果在手的任务不多，真愿意整天都呆在这里。本来，
今天上午还有他事，只想发完帖就走，但，还是坐了四个多钟头，将事用电话
推到下午，一但进入就不想走，让人留恋忘返，这就是社区的磁性与魅力。
关于“培养接班人”一事，确实是很重要的事，现在的问题是，要么机，要么电，
两者都很入门的不多。
就这个设备而言，我维修、处理机械方面的故障，远远多于电控方面的内容。

以证明控制系统没问题。

照我的意思本想将柜中原有的控制全拆，重新布线，但厂长没采纳。
只好挂在外面。

syw开门造车友，您好！您说的那个问题，我以前碰到的多了，一般的维修工都这样，机修推电气，电气又推气动，往往时间就这么给延误了。我以前嘛，还去趟这混水，最后给他们解决去，现在我可不干了，但不是放手，只是动动口而已。所以也就劝劝大侠您，也该让年轻人多点动手啦。
