检具设计---[图,求助]
<P>大家好:</P><P>我公司有个零件,其上有几个孔,需要做检具对孔位及孔的大小进行检测,在一个平面上有两个孔及一个小腿,另外在一个斜面上有一个孔。检具要求这个斜孔采用检测销的方式进行检测,其他孔使用固定式销子,当然这几个孔需要同时检测的。所需检测的尺寸为:</P>

<P>我之前做过一个检具,但不合格零件也能在检具上通过,也按照一些资料设计过,但自己的能力有限,希望大家帮忙给设计一下,请不要提供资料参考,而直接将检具图纸传上来,谢谢!!!</P>
<P>附件为零件图纸及零件的图片,还有我设计的检具图纸,要求新设计的检具外形要与该检具一致,只是尺寸变化。</P>

将基准要素和被侧要素告诉我,我给你设计好了,QQ236491328 综合检具的测量误差很大,往往不合格零件也能通过,所以如果精度要求高的零件还是上三坐标测量 提供的产品图纸过于笼统了
