轨迹选择
本帖最后由 衮雪76 于 2015-6-18 22:22 编辑需要做机械的出屑的机构,选择了齿轮连杆滑槽结构,
因此用Execl做了公式,将连杆的中心等初步定下来,然后再 计算扒子的端点轨迹。 下面的数据可以反拷贝到EXcel中得出坐标。
然后用CAD将轨迹画出来,再选择最好的结构。
下面是Excel的数据,可惜不可以用附件,否则,我直接将源文件附上。

电机出轴一般很短,一个固定板+齿轮厚度可能就刚刚好了。增加联轴器,增加一个麻烦。
电机出轴速度高,扭矩小,不加轴承无所谓。
我也正在弄一个减速箱,i=100,空间受限,安全系数不过关,正在头疼。
