这里所指的缺点是相对于使用过程中的.1.激光切割对高要求板的切割(本身加工过程中没问题,但没保护膜切割过程中就必须特别注意),特别是双面要求的,大部分金属切割机不能对贴模板材进行良好加工(会出现如毛刺等现象)
2.激光切割的高精度必须要有良好的工作环境支持(如板材的平整度)
3.切割嘴很容易损坏(市价RMB 100/PCS)
4.技术不成熟,市价很高 像trumpf 3200W的在350W
5.机器很大.太占地方啦(~_~.)
相对于缺点优点还是多一点.不过还有一些小的缺点在实际操作中才会遇到.

其实也不会就现在而言,中国的加工业还需要很多类似的先进设备。
在美国,12000台
在欧洲,10000台
而中国,2500台
面对机械业的兴起,在以后的工作中大家一定会用得上激光的

你们的激光加工机的功率是多少?最大的加工钢板厚度是多少?

现在一般大型激光机功率在3000W~4000W之间切割范围,碳钢20MM左右,不锈钢12MM左右,铝板8MM左右。
