看过中央10台，我爱发明，里面有一集介绍过旋翼机的。只提供向前的动力，靠旋翼在前进时自身转动产生的升力抬升，对整机重量和旋翼强度的要求很高，感觉这个比较难达到。

Boeing reveals fold-away flying car
Move it on over, Terrafugia; Step aside, Sampson SkyBike...
Boeing has applied for a US patent for its own "roadable" aircraft, or flying car. Its an autogyro with a scissor-type, deployable main rotor (that looks to be asymmetrical) that the company says is better than competing storable and transportable designs in which the rotors fold at the hub or telescope out.
Anyone have a clue as to what Boeing might be thinking?
