北京第二机床厂生产这种类型的机床,结构比这要先进点,加工性能和加工精度都挺好的!

此设备优点是精加工比较好适合抛光和精磨,轴类零件和平面加工用的比较多,缺点是磨削量不够大,因为采用的砂带磨量方面有限制。

我国的砂带制作表面颗粒及不均匀,砂带接头制作也不够完美,可以说在这方面差距很大,适应粗、半精加工!!!
还有一点要提出的是,砂带精抛时(粗糙度<Ra0.8),不宜重复使用。
