Responsibilities: 1[*]airway evaluation and parts selection
[*]Chassis Structure Design for the products in ICU or operation room with thermal/vibration/shielding/biocompartibility/clean consideration
[*]Jag for testing equipment develop
[*]Evaluation and qualification of critical mechanical parts
Requirements:
[*]*experience in airway/valve design
[*]*5+ year in mechanical design of bench instruments chassis, such like UPS, PC server
[*]*medical instruments experience is preferred.
2Responsibilities:1.Supporting the mechanical design of Lotus III, as well as other Lotus family projectsRequirements:
[*]Technically savvy; must be able to discuss, understand and make decisions in a wide range of engineering disciplines and complex technical issues
[*]Good understanding of medical device industry and competitor products. Working knowledge/experience in other engineering field will be considered.
[*]In depth knowledge and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts to product development utilize innovative approaches.
[*]Knowledgeable on design reliable and innovative mechanical systems and mechanisms for customized products.
[*]Knowledgeable on manufacturing processes including stamping, molding, machining, MIM and extrusions.
[*]Knowledgeable on different materials, both plastic and metallic material
[*]Knowledgeable on application of drafting practices, GD&T, 1D tolerance analysis and 3D analysis.
[*]Good clinical knowledge for product utilizations.
[*]Knowledge of kinematic and stress analysis of mechanical systems is preferred.
[*]Experience in a medical device development project, from concept to market is preferred.
[*]Good oral and written communication skills.
[*]Fluency in English required.
3Requirements:
[*]Good understanding of medical device industry and competitor products. Working knowledge/experience in other engineering field will be considered.
[*]In depth knowledge and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in related field of expertise to develop innovative approaches to work.
[*]Effectively communicates and works cooperatively with others as part of a team.
[*]Knowledge of and ability to design reliable and innovative mechanical systems and mechanisms for consumer products.
[*]Knowledge of manufacturing processes including stamping, molding, machining, MIM and extrusions.
[*]Knowledge of statistical process control in mass production as well as Six Sigma (DFSS) for design validation and optimization.
[*]Knowledge of and wide application of drafting practices, GD&T, 1D tolerance analysis and 3D analysis.
