回答我知道的，呵呵，献丑了1、公英制换算进率是25.4；如果要是采用autoCAD2007类的软件直接采用英制单位和国标都可以画出来的，没有什么影响，转换下就可以了；
2、PATT ＝Partial Automatic Translation Technique,半自动翻译技术;
= Programmable Automatic Transistor Tester, 可编程自动晶体管测试器
两种翻译，可能不准确；
PCB =Printed -circuit Board 印刷电路板;
＝Printer Control Box 打印机控制箱;
＝Propulsion Control Box 发动机操纵台
3、如果需要承受力的情况下，建议要做探伤；
