(a)产生的原因是:滚刀刀齿沿圆周等分性不好,这主要是制造和复磨滚刀时产生的误差所致;加一个主要原因是滚刀安装时刀杆径向跳动超差,安装后轴向窜动超差。
(b)滚齿前滚刀对中不好是引起齿形不对称的主要原因。
(c)与滚刀的刃磨有关,刃磨不好时会出现前角(正或负),前角为正时齿形角变小,切出的齿形齿顶变肥;前角为负时齿形角变大,切出的齿形齿顶变瘦。
(d)滚刀安装后的径向跳动超差和旋转中的轴向窜动,机床分度蜗轮副中,分度蜗杆的径向跳动和轴向窜动都是产生周期性的误差因素。

谢谢,我注意这几个方面再试试,但不知道滚刀去哪复磨才能保证质量呢?我都还是在上海工具厂磨的有些是就是在们这加工点魔的

滚刀磨后是要经过计量的,如无计量设备可采用试切零件办法。

重工、汉工修磨刀具都比较好。我们的刀具都在重工制作和修磨。
