Job Description for Senior Mechanical EngineerRequirement:
ü
Major in mechanics, bachelor degree with 8 years work experience or master degree with 5 year work experience.
ü
5-8 years mechanical engineering experience, skilled in using 3D CAD or AutoCAD etc. mechanical software
ü
Good knowledge of metal material and manufacture process, hands on mechanical design experience is a plus
ü
Independent work and trouble-shooting capability
ü
Good communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English
ü
Willing to take challenge and can hold pressure
ü
Proven project management skill
ü
Self-motivated and energetic, team work spirit
Responsibility:
ü
To drive new product transfer as technical lead and project management role
ü
Product assembly process/test design and SOP generation
ü
Provide technical support to production on problem solving
ü
Drive continues improvement to increase process efficiency and effectiveness
ü
To coordinate and implement annual maintenance planning of on-site equipment/facilities and supervise the project quality accordingly.
ü
Support materials localization activities, carry out engineering evaluation and coordination of approval
ü
Design and get relevant jigs/fixture in place for manufacturing
ü
Provide training to operators, assess and evaluate training result
ü
Additional special duties as assigned by supervisor.
