一般用螺纹规检测螺纹

The process we use for measuring external thread length is as follows:

1.Measure the pitch diameter for the entire length of the threaded component with a ring gauge to ensure it is within spec.   

2.With an optical comparator, measure the reference surface to the furthest "measurable" basic pitch diameter away from the reference surface.Take the measurement from the flank opposite the reference surface as shown in the figure below.

外螺纹是很容易测准确的，关键是在于内螺纹，我们也遇到这个问题，要求螺纹深度公差0.1，用螺纹塞规测是需要减去前面半个不完整牙。但这也达不到测量精度，我们也还在继续思考中。加退刀槽是不到脑筋的，能加还不早加了。

我司常用方法如下:

外螺纹用投影仪测量,内螺纹用螺纹规+高度仪测量.

有专门的螺栓深度量具 .配合千分尺(类似内径千分尺)我也想具体了解.谁有图片?
