【求助】2种钎焊炉的异同

我公司有2种钎焊炉。一种是网带式连续钎焊炉，主要做tube fin的芯体，如冷凝器，汽车中冷器之类的；还有一种是真空钎焊炉，主要做bar&plate fin的芯体。
一直以来都是对应的炉子做对应的芯体。我也问过操作这两台炉子的师傅，好像除了芯体用的铝合金复合板材料有不同外，其他都差不多。但我问说，能不能用连续炉做bar&plate fin的芯体，他们都笑着说，没这么做过，不知道行不行。
坛子里高人很多，所以想在这里请教一下，这两个炉子的不同点和相同点，主要是加工工艺方面。

我认为这个主要区别是tube&fin和bar&plate的区别，不是炉子，两种产品的要求不一样，所以要求的炉子就不一样，所以先研究一下两种产品的区别

连续炉做低压产品，1～2公斤的那种，真空炉做高压产品，10～20公斤的。由于压力不同，产品结构也不同。

那我就奇怪了，为什么我们公司只用vacuum brazing furance 做bar&plate fin 芯体，只用continuing belt furance 做tube&fin 芯体。里面肯定有什么“秘密”吧。

About this case why not to communicate with your internal technical guys, I think there must be someone know that. Whatever position you are the communication skill is very important for you to improve you career.
