看你具体用的工况了,如果真的是很精密的设备,整个机构的公差要求就这么高的话,那你这个就不算高,上磨床就上磨床呗,价格高就重新报价呗,对于高精度的设备,这个成本应该是要能接受的,但是如果只是普通的装上轴承用,而且轴承要求也不高的话,也不能说你标的错,只能说上磨床这个钱没必要花。就车床±2丝,或者我平时就标负公差,装的时候也不费劲。真要是按你标的这个尺寸装轴承,没有专用工装,轴承都够你敲一阵子了

这个供应商有病,或者说他根本不懂公差,一般精配安装轴我们用6级公差,大部分选用g6,你这里只是把公差带标注出来了,他就觉得标注太高,妥妥的没有常识,而且这个公差放到了7级,公差带更大,理应更好做才是

车床精度能不能达到看设备,大概率要上磨床的。但是你这个标注,一般来讲,粗糙度和精度是相关的,6个μ标0.2的粗糙度不过分,标1.6有点过分

按国标来说是对的没错,IT6肯定是可以加工出来,但是你考虑过你的用途吗?你这是装的轴承,回转类,受力的,需要一定的间隙,人家供应商指着你的鼻子骂你他都是对的,因为这完完全全就是没设计经验的人干出来的活,你这又不是定位轴,搞这种精度干什么?
如果你非要这样标,按公差带来,你这个转动的轴用G/h级也是错误的,G/h级别用于负载很轻的情况下,或者定位用,你这里套轴承的用G/h肯定是不合适
一般情况下E/f用于轴承配合,易于转动的同时保证精度和可靠性,也就是IT7-IT9就足够了IT5IT6这些不适用与需要转动的地方能明白吗?
你这种0.006你自己查过没,适用与什么地方想过没有?这是定位的精度,不是转动的精度
查表是好的,但是分清楚用途和功能在查会更好

其实直径5mm,0.12mm的公差其实就是H7,尺寸要是标φ5H7或者φ5(0,+0.12),估计可能就没问题了。

① IT7的公差是0.012,js7=1/2*IT7=0.006;
②车床能做IT7不代表加工的时候一定要用车床,这里明显用磨床的经济性更高;
③如果这个问题自己想不通的话,还是去找那种科研院所之类的工作比较好;
