内孔尺寸的标注

如图,我是标完右边和左边的轴承位尺寸后,从左端面到左端轴承位处标注尺寸,实际上要控制两个轴承位之间的尺寸,但是没法检验;不知这样合适不

这是个典型的例子,教材上讲过。当不能直接测量的时候,就在控制总长的基础上,分别检测到左侧和右侧的距离来控制轴承位置的位置,结合封闭尺寸的概念来理解

这是设计基准和工艺基准不统一,设计工程师标注的时候优先按设计基准去标,加工时还可以根据实际测量值补偿。
如果你按工艺基准用尺寸链去标,就相当于提高加工精度了。

标注两轴承间的距离就可以了。至于怎么检验,我觉得单这个零件来说检验还是简单的。加工两个光轴套入零件的左右两端,高出零件左右端面就可以,再线切割两个类似高度游标那样的检具,高度距离是两轴承间距离的上差和下差加两光轴的高度,然后就可以当通止规检验了
