螺栓怎么拧?看似简单其实大有学问
曾在网上看到过这样一个故事:大家都知道,即便是同型号的汽车,也有原装进口和国内组装之分。而国内组装的车某些部位的维修率明显比进口车故障率高。而据分析其原因,德国原装的汽车,工人拧螺丝是严格按照作业指导书的要求拧3圈然后回半圈,而国内工人在最后回半圈时偷懒比较多,但是肉眼看不出,时间一长,半圈的差异就显现出来了。其实拧3圈回半圈是有一定的道理的。螺丝拧紧后处在弹性形变中,尤其是在高温和震动载荷的情况下,长期的压力会使螺丝产生蠕变,发生塑性变形,强度会大幅下降甚至失效。退回半圈可以让弹性形变恢复一些并消除预紧应力,这样产生塑性应变和失效的几率会大幅降低,而直接拧两圈半是没有这样的效果的。

国内的汽车质量差可能与我有关,因为很多设备是我设计的,虽然不是关键设备但也影响质量。至于拧螺丝现在一般是生产线上的设备用扭力扳手自动完成的
想起了看的一个小视屏,讲的是关键受力部位螺丝采用扭力扳手旋到额定扭力后在继续旋紧一定的角度才能保证拧紧了 貌似这是瞎扯淡,首先力气大的和力气小的三圈是天壤之别,其次怎么能保证所有的螺栓三圈都能拧紧?如果真要回的话,倒是可能拧不动时回半圈,防止上的过紧(超出螺栓的极限),而现在扭矩扳手等工具的使用根本就不需要回拧 广州粤研钟彦华 发表于 2022-6-30 14:56

老板不让工程师过的宽敞,工程师设计的设备也不会宽敞,那么客户买到的产品也不会宽敞,整个是一个有机体。
这个过错工程师没有资格揽在身上。
