关于支架转轴的一些问题

各位大神,请教一下结构关于支架转轴的设计问题:
1,转轴力的计算是否可以参照以下:产品重量*力矩*安全系数*衰减系数/转轴数量?

2,力矩的计算是按照轴心到产品几何中心还是重力中心,如果是重力中心,是否会随着产品形状(如长宽方向)有差异?差异部分如何计算?
3,简单的扭力轴设计成转轴+轴套,如何计算转轴与轴套的摩擦,确保达到转轴的扭力值要求?(转轴为不锈钢材质,轴套为POM)

手机支架产品的转轴,需要承重的主要是手机、平板等长方形产品。

转轴中心可以考虑增加蝶形弹簧片,用于增加扭矩。

增加蝶形弹片会不会导致扭力更加不可控?目前的结构是没有螺丝调整扭力的。
