看了第一个图,觉得最明显的错误就石墨铜套太短,容易自锁卡死。把铜套加长就好了。
直线轴承受力大容易把珠子憋出来。

这才是专业,我刚上班的第一个产品,接触的就是导向自锁,公司还经常给设计工程师考试,就是把机械原理的这个图给抓出来。现在对各种导向中的自锁都很敏感。
